- comments: no procedure in place nor supplies for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instd to provide procedure and necessary supplies for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events and maintain on-site at all times citation issued 7-38-005 priority foundation
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing signage in the rear mens toilet room. Instructed to provide.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed improper holding temperatures of 53. 4 degrees(ham, sliced vegeteables) in the three door pizza prep station upper compartments. Instructed to discard items (15lbs) priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed three door pizza cooling/prep unit out of temperature ham at (52. 9) discarded product, unit tagged for repair. Instructed not to use or remove tag until reinspection has been completed. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed gaps in the rear exit door rubber strip at the bottom. Instructed to repair and maintain as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed the gaskets seals on the three door pizza prep cooling unit on all doors damaged and in need of repair. Instructed to repair all.

- comments: observed the walk in cooling unit floor under shelving in need of detailed cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the protective shielding missing from the light unit in the front pizza area over the counter. Instructed to provide as a means of preventing a possible physical contamination.
