- comments: observed hand washing sink not accessible in dish machine washing area observed a glass rack rolling cart stored in front of said sink while dish machine was being used. Rack was removed during inspection must keep hand sink accessible at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)(cos)

- comments: must repair or replace slow drain at dish machine hand washing sink.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed improper temperatures of tcs ready to eat foods such as 5lbs. Turkey-46. 0f-46. 3f and 5lbs. -roast beef-46. 0f inside of walk in cooler. Product was discarded by manager must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Appx. 10lbs. $65. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: observed evidence of 5- live roaches crawling on floor behind dirty dish storage rack,unused high temperature dish machine on a soiled towel attached to underside of machine,on wall behind spice rack and appx. 15 or more live small flies inside of the far left compartment of 3- compartment sink in dish machine area and on walls. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/26/26. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must clean grease and food debris build up from prep counter shelving units, pipes of cooking equipment,prep tables & legs, fryer cabinets and wheel bases,rolling carts.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe at 3- compartment sink in dish machine area.

- comments: must repair or replace damaged floor in walk in cooler and dish machine area,loose and missing wall bases throughout prep & dish washing areas,loose wall panel near overhead electrical box,gap at wall outlet outside of unused walk in cooler.
