Last evening, 10/2/2022 at 9:30, I ate the chopped steak made of ground beef and topped with mushrooms, onions, and sauce, with sides of asparagus, baked sweet potato, and Ceasar salad, with bread and sweet tea. The meat was ordered medium well done and appeared to be cooked through. I found a piece of string and small bit of plastic in the meat, which I gave to the manager who removed the charge. I carefully ate the remaining meat. Around 3am I began having stomach cramps and large belches with foul odor. At 8am I had watery diarrhea which I treated with Pepto Bismol and it continued until 5pm. I am feeling better and resumed normal food as of 5pm. I called the restaurant and spoke to the same manager to report my illness. This is the first time I have ordered the chopped steak at this restaurant, but I have had the other items many times and never had any illness after eating there in the past. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
