Instructed manager washrooms handwash sinks must have running hot water at a minimal of 100. 0 f by date of reinspection. However, there is running hot water at over 110. 0 f at all other sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Establishment on 2 day workaround.

- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at front entrance double door sweeps and 1/2 inch gap at rear exit door sweep. Must rodent proof said doors.

- comments: dishwash 3-compartment sink drain pipes draining slowly. Instructed manager said the sink must drain quickly.

- comments: floor grout low around dishwasher 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager must regrout floor tiles around dishwashing 3-compartment sink/must keep floor dry.
