- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on floor under dish rack,on lower shelf of cold holding unit on serving line,on floor under shelving unit in dry food storage closet and on topside of safe. Pre-k 105-on shelving unit in closet,on floor on both sides of file cabinet and at fire place. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/13/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(c)

- comments: must replace missing stall toilet room doors in 1st fl. Girl's (north)& 2nd fl. Boy's (south)
