- comments: observed 30 rat droppings scattered on the floor in the rear storage area behind the liquor storage cage and pop rack, also 25 rat droppings scatterd on the floor in the front pizza area underneath the counter. Instructed to remove and detail clean affected area. Must call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must detail clean and maintain the exterior of all coolers, storage shelving, counter tops, storage bins/container in all front prep area. Also clean display shelving to remove spills and debris. Must defrost and clean inside the walk in freezers,walk in produce cooler needs cleaning (floors,walls and ceiling.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: must detail clean the floors through out, especially where droppings were noted and in front food prep areas. Also must clean the ceiling in the front popcorn prep area to remove dust.
