- comments: observed no hot water at handsink near washrooms. Instructed person in charge to restore hot water to minimum of 100f and maintain at all times. Priority violation #7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed dead roaches on floors, shelving, and tables throughout entire premises. Instructed person in charge to remove all dead roaches and sanitize all areas.

- comments: observed approximately 7 live roaches on premises in the following areas; in walk in cooler upstairs, in walk in freezer downstairs, under handsink on floor in basement area. Observed 20 rat droppings in basement area behind walk in freezer. Priority violation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed excessive build up of grease and food debris on all cooking equipment in upstairs and basement prep area, on the side of tables, wok stations, and stoves. Instructed person in charge to detail clean and maintain. Observed dead roaches in walk in cooler ontop of plastic wrapped containers. Instructed person in charge to remove all affected plastic and re-wrap with clean plastic wrap.

- comments: observed excessive amount of clutter in basement area behind walk in freezer. Instructed person in charge to organize and maintain area for the prevention of pest harborage.
