- comments: observed 3 handsinks with differant issues. Sink #1 no cold running water, hot water is 120. 0 degrees sink #2 water has been turned off at bottom of sink due to leak sink #3 automatic hand soap dispensor in poor repair. No soap available for handwashing. Instructed manager to correct all issues with sinks and maintain all sinks in good working order. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: interior of ice machine with large amount of a black substance on interior of machine. Substance at ice chute, and sides of holding unit. Instructed to remove all ice and clean and sanitize machine. Priority foundation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: found reach in cooler in front holding milk 56. 5 degrees, juice, fruit cuts and water at improper temperature. Air temperature 58. 4 degrees. Instructed manager to discard all tcs food items and not use reach in until corrected and reinspected by cdph. Total value 56 units of milk 10 pounds and $67. 20 priority 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: found reach in cooler holding tcs food propducts at improper temperature. Air temperature 58. 4 degrees. Instructed manager not to use reach in until corrected and reinspected by cdph. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed approx 10-12 flies in mens room, 2 flies in ladies room. Observed approx 20-22 rat droppings along the wall of the outside garbage corral. Weed growth and old landscaping materials causing rodent harborage. Instructed to contact pest control for service and remove all harborage. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: all food handlers with long hair must use hair restraints such as hair net. All loose hair must be held and or restrained. Correct and maintain.
