- comments: no employee health policy on site at the time of inspection. Instructed to obtain and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-010. No citation issued

- comments: observed no clean-up of vomiting and diarrhea procedure and clean-up kit on premises during inspection. Instructed to have said procedure along with required equipment for clean-up. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. 7-38-005

it was order number 1*4. Once the food arrived my partner ate their food and did not have any issues. I ate some of my thin crust pizza first and I was fine. I then continued to eat some chicken Alfredo pasta and that was when things started getting bad. I immediately felt sick to my stomach. Within an hour I had started getting diarrhea. It is currently 1:12am on 04/27/2024 and I have yet to have an entire 30 minute period of time where I do not feel nauseated and sick to my stomach. were diarrhea and vomiting, indicative of the Norovirus pathogen. The affected passengers and crew were spread across various ports of call and were not concentrated at any particular location. The problem was discovered when passengers and crew started reporting gastrointestinal illness.

Norovirus is very contagious and is easily transmitted from person to person mostly through the oral/fecal route. Considering that hand sanitizer does NOT work against this virus, it is important to wash your hands with soap frequently. Use bleach to clean and disinfect surfaces.
