- comments: observed 3 live roaches inside 2-door prep reach in cooler rubber door gaskets. Instructed manager must remove all roach activity by the date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed accumulated food debris on the lower side of prep area shelves and food debris inside prep area coolers. Must clean and maintain equipment.

- comments: observed standing water on the prep area floor (under microwaves) and litter on floor behind the chest freezer. Must clean/keep dry floor throughout prep area.
