- comments: observed pink sudsy water coming from faucet when hot water is turned on at hand sink. Manager states it is a anti-freeze for pipes to keep from freezing. No proof of such substance that is being used that is food safe. Must flush system and provide clean potable water at hand sink for hand washing. (priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed 2- small refrigerators at improper temperatures of 46. 1f and 46. 6f at this time. No food stored in refrigerators at this time. Must have cold holding units at 41. 0f or below. (priority 7-38-005)
