- comments: rear prep/dish washing area hand sink with temperature of 135f unable to wash hands, scaulding hot water. Only one foot padle to turn water on, cold water line that supply the facucet was turned off, also toilet room hand wash sink with very weak hot water pressure instructed to keep hand wash sinks supplied with temp ranging between 100f-125f. Priority foundtion violation 7-38-030.
