- comments: must not use plastic grocery bags as food containers inside the walk-in freezer. Must not use cardboard boxes as food containers inside walk-in cooler and freezer. Must use washable containers or food grade disposable plastic bags.

- comments: accumulated grime and debris on equipment and containers through-out kitchen areas: coolers, freezers, prep tables (on top and underneath), shelves, cooking equipment, fryers etc. Must clean and maintain all. Remove all food debris, grease, grime etc.

Over 200 droppings in the kitchen: on top shelves by stored food, under cooking equipment, dishroom, corners and along baseboard walls. Also inside the cabinets under the buffet line and under booths in dining area. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize throughout the premises. Priority foundation violation:7-38-020(a). Today we still observed over 200 mice dropping throughout the premises: on shelf under prep table by the opened foods and in containers,by the bag of onions on top prep table. Under booths in both dining areas. Inside cabinets under the buffet line. Storage area, dishmachine area. Observed one live roach on floor going under the cooking equipment and one on wall behind the cooking equipment and one inside the cabinet under trayline. #60) previous core violation not corrected from 2-17-2023, report#2571427 found following not clean: interior of reach in coolers, sinks, and exterior of dishmachine. Priority foundation violation:7-42-090. Priority violation:7-42-090, citation issued.
