Over 100 mice droppings noted scattered in various areas through out premises: in handwash sink in prep area, on bottom shelves of prep tables, on storage shelves under front cashier station, and near microwave, on water and electrical pipes (with rodent rub marks) behind wok/cooking line and 3-compartment sink, on floor in customer toilet room, dining area, behind chest freezers and on window ledges. Instd to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize affected areas, must provide updated pest control service from today's date or after. Citation issued 7-42-090 priority
