- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in dry food storage area, along wall behind laundry machine and utility sink in utility storage area, along wall and corners behind refrigerator and file cabinet in hallway storage leading to infant room, along walls and corners in infant room storage area, along wall under hand washing sink in middle classroom. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
