- comments: observed previous core violation not corrected from report # 2498190, dated 4/14/21. Must correct the following previous core violation: #37 observed packaged food items located at front register (black & white icing cookies and brownies) not properly labeled. Instructed person in charge to properly label all packaged food items with identity, net weight, ingredients, business name and address where made and packaged. Priority foundation violation. Corrected during inspection. Pic removed all prepackaged items without labels from grab and go section during inspection. Operator replaced baked goods with similar items with proper labels.
