Ate lunch at 1pm with a friend. We both got sick. We only shared the shrimp scampi. I had one piece and about 3 hours later had bloody diarrhea several times and a bad headache. My friend who had the rest woke up in the night with several bouts of both vomiting and diarrhea. I also had a fried green tomato, wild mushroom and goat cheese flatbread, and banana cream pie. She had the scampi, fettuccine Alfredo, and blueberry cobbler. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
