- comments: splash guard is needed between handwashing sink and prep counter at front prep sushi area, or relocate food items. Surface must be smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent surface.

- comments: all wiping cloths in all prep areas must be held in a container with a sanitizing solution between use.

- comments: dirty knives stored inside the knife racks,instructed to clean and maintain. Only clean knives must be stored in unit

- comments: broken rubber gasket inside the two door reach-in coolers accross from cooking equipment in kitchen repair/replace
