- comments: observed approx:40 rodent(mice)droppings on floors along the walls and in corners in the following areas inside the rear arts/supply storage room and in rear (2) unused classrooms. Instructed to detail clean and remove all rodent droppings and sanitize affected areas;additional pest control service is now reccomended. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a),citation issued.

- comments: instructed to detail clean interior cabinets/shelves in the arts/supply storage room and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize arts/supply storage room and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate arts/supply baskets/equipments off the floor at least 6' inches to facilitate cleaning and maintain. (no milk crates to be used for elevation).
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed missing light shield for light fixture in the kitchen prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: previous inspection report summary from (11/10/2021) was not displayed for the public to view. Today's inspection report summary was issued and posted and visible to the public. Priority foundation violation 7-42-010 (b),citation issued.
