Report date: Feb 22, 202438. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 30 mice droppings scattered inside boxes of chips and popcorn, also noted a few bags knawed into. Instructed to remove droppings and knawed into product. Must call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed a few wiping clothes on the prep table and counter. Must properly store wiping when not in use.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed the sink stoppers in poor repair for the 3 comp sink. Must replace and maintain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean and maintain the interior of all cooler and freezers, prep table, counter tops display shelving and exterior of dry storage containers. Also must clean and sanitize the deli meat slicer more frequently.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed ceiling tiles in the rear in poor repair (water stained). Must replace and maintain. Also noted cracked floor tile in the rear. Repair as needed where ever needed, must be smooth and easliy cleanable.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed grease and debris in the filters and hood above the cooking equipment. Must clean and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed the cook/food handler without food handler training. Must provide and maintain as required or citations will follow.
