Additional information: We were told they have been having issues with under cooked food due to new employees. We were told by staff the cooks preparing the food are new and this has been an ongoing issue. Medium well = bloody raw steak. Shrimp borderline raw, meatballs and sausages borderline raw. Food was sent back. 3 hours after partial ingestion- almost every symptom listed above kicked in. If this is a known issue, then who is allowing this to continue? If we were told this upfront, we would have gone somewhere else. This is unacceptable and 100% negligence. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
