I ate yesterday at 5 pm, bowl of pasta fajolie, 3 breadsticks, and half of my seafood Alfredo that included scallops and shrimp. Also had a slice of the chocolate moose cake. 30 min later I immediately had the runs, a lot of diarrhea. Then I was fine the rest of the day. Went to bed and woke up with cramps and severe diarrhea. I have a headache, nausea and diarrhea Still has not stopped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
