I ate at the Olive Garden at 7655 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226.

We had calamari for appetizer, house salad, tour of italy course(Shrimp Scampi, Spinach Ricotta Mezzaluna Ravioli with Pesto Alfredo, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Symptoms started within 30 min to an hour eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
