Steak Burrito Bowl Illness - Pancheros, Somerset Massachusetts

My husband had a burrito bowl with steak pinto beans and all of the standard toppings (lettuce, pico, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, vinaigrette, guac) yesterday around 7pm. He woke up this morning with diarrhea, fever, chills and dizziness and felt severely dehydrated all day at work. I also had a burrito bowl with the same standard toppings except instead of steak I had chicken and black beans instead of pinto. I have no current symptoms of poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Dizziness, Chills, Dehydration
