- comments: evidence of rodents on premises. Found 270 mouse droppings in the following areas: on the floor in the storage room by the employee break room, in the boiler room on the floor, between shelves in the aisle where the rice is stored on the sellin floor, on the shelf across from the sauces on the selling floor, on the blue genie machine, in the corner by the large produce cooler on the floor, on the floor behind and on the side of the trash compactor and in rear storage area in far back where other dry merchandise stored. Must clean all affected areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: found no backflow device at the utility sink in the closet near the washrooms; must install a backflow device at utility sink.

- comments: observed the faucet neck in the produce area at the three comp sink did not extend to reach all compartments of the sink; instructed to install a longer faucet neck. (sink is used to rinse off produce in one compartment of the sink). Observed leaking from the p trap of the exposed hand sink in the butcher area; instructed to fix leak at p trap.

- comments: observed a leak from the ceiling in the packaged food store inside of grocery store at the door entrance; instructed to repair leak. Manager stated that it is scheduled for repair.

- comments: instructed to clean the floor in the kitchen area under equipment to remove standing water. Clean floors in all areas where droppings observed.
