Crab Cake Illness Suspected - Pat's Pizzeria, Edgewood Maryland

We got there at 6:50. We ordered a crab pretzel, and broccoli bites for appetizers. They took 20 minutes to come out. The broccoli bites did not have the ranch sauce. We waited another 10 minutes for our server to come to our table. My boyfriend and I then asked for the ranch sauce and drink refills. Then, my boyfriend and I ordered our food. I ordered a crab cake dinner with mashed potatoes, broccoli and a side Greek salad with no onions (I have an onion enzyme allergy). My boyfriend ordered a tortellini dish that had mushrooms, sausage, cheese, and onions. With a side of garlic bread. The server then left and came back ten minutes later telling my boyfriend that he also had a side salad and what dressing would he like. Then we waited 20 more minutes for our salads. Mine had onions on it. So I picked them off. As best I could. Then ate a few bites. And pushed it away. Another 30 minutes before our food came out. And by that time it was 9pm so we asked for boxes when our food was brought. Only to have to wait 10 minutes for them during which time we ate our food. Once the boxes came we boxed up our food. My boyfriend put his card with the bill which was brought with the boxes and then went to the bathroom. The server came by taking the check folder. And swiftly returned it I waited for him to sign. Then we left I woke up at around 1:30am ran to the bathroom felling as if I would throw up. Then when nothing came I felt the gurgle in my intestines. So I sat down only to have gas’s come out. I went to lay down again and felt the urge to vomit again. So I went back to the bathroom and nothing happened. But I sat down and took a 20 minute diarrhea. I went to bed sitting up after that. I woke up this morning and took another 20 minute diarrhea. Went to work. Then came home tried the leftovers to figure out what it could have been. I ate the broccoli it was fine. Ate the potatoes same response. Had one bite of the crab cake it didn’t settle right in my stomach. Now I am sick again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
