- comments: observed pest activity with approx. 75 mice droppings noted during inspection. 35 mice droppings was noted on the shelves in the dry storage room in the kitchen, and 40 under the sink in the staff lounge. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to eliminate activity prior to re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). No citation issued.
