-- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. -3 on top of dish machine -6 on floor under dish machine -4 on the floor in dry storage closet **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

-- High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. **Corrected On-Site**

-- Intermediate - Accumulation of mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine.

-- Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Cooked onions, chili prepped previous day without date

-- Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Both restrooms

-- Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Rear door next to ice machine. Operator states repairs scheduled through property owner.

The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) has reported a possible presence of plastic fragments in frozen mushroom croquettes from EROSKI, ALTEZA, and BON PREU brands. Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, La Rioja, Madrid, and the Basque Country. Following the discovery, the manufacturing company has initiated a product withdrawal from the market and has informed all its customers.

The detailed information provided by AESAN indicates that the contaminated products are:

- Brand: BON PREU
- Lots: 40111 (best before date Dec-25), 31122 (best before date Oct-25), and 40124 (best before date Dec-25)
- Product appearance: 350 g bag

Consumers who have these products at home are advised not to consume them and return it to the store where it was purchased. The issue was discovered through the Coordinated System for Rapid Information Exchange (SCIRI), which received an alert notification from the health authorities of Catalonia.
