- comments: observed several prep coolers without a thermometer inside. Management instructed that all thermometers must be visible inside of all refrigeration units.

- comments: observed approximately 20 rat droppings located on the floor underneath the front prep countertop inside of the cabinets and also along the edges of the ceiling tiles and metal track in the men's washroom. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: clean the grease on the exterior of the grease traps located beneath the 3 compartment sink and next to the wok station.

- comments: observed the ceiling to be in disrepair with evidence of water leaks. Management instructed to repair and paint the ceiling so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
