Additional information: Only other foods consumed were, a few pieces of bread dipped in olive oil, a half of bowl of wedding soup, few bites of a house salad, and half glass of red wine.
On Feb 23, my wife and I had the mussels appetizer. Otherwise, she only had a little bread, wedding soup and a few bites of a house salad. She became very ill overnight with the symptoms above. I too had a slight reflux reaction as well. The prime suspect is the mussels; either source-contaminated, age/storage, or in prep. This is very serious as my wife's initial treament with a life-saving drug, scheduled for 2/25/25 is most likely to be delayed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
