Family Pizza Night Illness - Domino's Pizza, Toledo Ohio

My wife and I had my father and step mother over for dinner this past Saturday, August 28th. We ordered Pizza. Specifically, we ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza with robust tomato sauce, onions, black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, Italian sausage, and pepperoni, a medium pan pizza with robust tomato sauce, pepperoni, and bacon, a regular stuffed cheese bread, and a spinach and feta stuffed cheese bread. We ate around 5pm. At midnight that same night, I suddenly awoke with extreme nausea, cramps, cold sweat, and overall malaise. I rushed to the bathroom, where I spent the next 4 hours in agony, throwing up, cramping, diarrhea, and an ear splitting migraine. My wife woke up at 4am under similar circumstances, and was ill for the next 2 hours. Once the sun rose, I messaged my father and step mother to find out that they suffered similar fates after our dinner from Pizza.
