- comments: 8-404. 13(b:3) observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report #2568254 dated 12/8/22; 38- 6-501. 111 observed evidence of rodent activity on site. Upon re-inspection observed about 75 rodent droppings in various areas located under the hand washing sink, under the 3 compartment sink and behind the cooking equipment and large mixer. Again, upon reinspection observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 25 rodent droppings under and around the customer service counter and a rodent droppings on a bag of raw onion inside of a mix bowl located in the customer service area. Instructed to eliminate rodent activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and contact pest control for an additional service. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-42-090.
