- comments: no hands washing signs in employees restrooms, instructed to post.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: contamination not prevented during storage/ preparation. Found employees cleaning 2 large ceiling vents above drive through station area where beverages ( ice tea and lemonade) are made, open ice bin at soda station, observed chunks of dust falling allover and around food storage and equipment. Instructed to protect food and equipment with a tarp when cleaning vents above. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

- comments: wire shelf placed above beans and rice hot holding station where items that are stored above can fall in food bins. Instructed to remove shelf or replace with one that doesn't allow items to fall through.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: out side garbage area not maintained, garbage is piling high above dumpster rim, covers wide open, instructed manager to maintain out side garbage area and keep lids down. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b)
