Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed grease buildup on floors under and behind fryers, food debris in floor drains and under equipment, water on floor near utility sink, spills on walls behind carbon dioxide tanks in rear storage area. Instructed manager to clean floors under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep, storage and dish washing areas.
