Inspectors found significant food safety violations during the inspection. About 12 pounds of sliced deli meat in a prep cooler was held above the required cold temperature, with readings between 50°F and 57°F; the person in charge voluntarily discarded the meat. Inspectors also observed about 35 or more small live flies in food preparation, storage, and dining areas, including on walls, equipment surfaces, cardboard boxes, and near a floor drain. Citations were issued for these significant violations.

Additional issues included a food handler without an effective hair restraint, food debris and splatter on equipment surfaces, a leaking three-compartment sink faucet in disrepair, and floors in prep areas that had food debris and standing water.
