- comments: observed hot running wate temperature at hand sinks in 1st fl. Boy's south-70. 0f,1st fl. Girl's south-78. 8f. 2nd fl. Staff south-82. 8f,2nd fl. Boy's south-70. 2f. 2nd fl. Girl's south-73. 4f. 3rd fl. Girl's south-70. 2f. Must have hot running water at 100. 0f. Must repair and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed no hand washing signs at 1st fl. Boy's south toilet rooms & pre-k 117 must provide and maintain.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on floor along wall bases at radiators & lunchroom tables in lunch room. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/25/23. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must eliminate crates used for food storage in walk in cooer and provide adequate shelving units.

- comments: must clean debris build up from lower shelf of prep tables & rolling carts,pre-k 115 & 117 shelving units.
