On February 9th, 2016 around 3 o'clock p.m. I had a bowl with brown rice, chicken, black and pinto beans, spicy queso, fajita vegetables, corn, pico, guacamole, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. I was in the restroom with terrible stomach pain and diarrhea within thirty minutes of eating. Now, hours later, I am still feeling nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
