I ordered a grilled chicken bowl with black beans, corn, grilled veggies, guacamole, salsa and jalapeños on August 26th 2024 I have been sick at my stomach ever since with diarrhea, nausea, chills severe stomach pain radiating to my back. I’ve even been to urgent care and the hospital but this is the only thing I can pinpoint. They don’t know and keep saying a virus maybe but I’m going on day 5 and I’m worse. I don’t believe it’s a virus because no one else is sick but me. My husband ate a steak and rice burrito but he doesn’t eat guacamole, veggies, or the Mexican corn, salsa we shared chips and queso. We have eaten everything else the same. I’m afraid I have listeria or something. There was a huge recall on guacamole today. I’m immunocomprimised so it’s very concerning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills
