Chicken Salad Causes Illness - Quaker Steak & Lube, Boardman Ohio

I ordered the Biker Chicken Salad (crisp romaine lettuce tossed with dried cranberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, red onion, sweet pecans, feta cheese, grilled boneless chicken and fresh seasonal berries; served with wildberry poppyseed dressing) and 12 bone in wings, half with medium sauce and half with golden garlic sauce as a pick up order. Picked up a little before 7 pm Thursday 7/18/19 evening. I went straight home and ate about 2/3 of the salad and 3 of each of the wings. It was the only thing I had consumed all day. In the middle of the night (about 3 am 7/19/19), I got nauseous, feverish, and started burping up an awful taste. Later in the morning, I started with mild diarrhea. Throughout the morning, afternoon, and currently at 7:30 pm (7/19/19) I continued to burp the same awful taste and have intermittent mild nausea. About 3:30 pm (7/19/19), I started getting severe abdominal cramping. I have had several bouts of diarrhea since then with intermittent cramping. I still have the burping, cramping, and diarrhea. If this continues for more than another day, I may need to seek medical attention for fluids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Burping
