- Comments: Observed food on site prepared at home. Per person in charge at the time of the inspection food items are sometimes cooked at home and transported to facility. Found ground beef, Italian beef, and nacho cheese on site. Instructed all food items must be prepared on site and never at home, per food code. Priority 7-38-005, citation issued.
