- comments: no installed handwashing sink in the rear prep/dishroom area. Instructed to install said sink at mentioned area with hot and cold running water and soap and paper towel/hand drying device. Priority foundation violation: 7-38-030(c), citation issued

- comments: noted establishment serving undercooked food items (hamburgers) with no consumer advisory, disclosure or reminders to the customers. Instructed to have a consumer advisory on the menu with a disclosure notice and reminder statement. Priority foundation #7-38-005. No citation issued today.

- comments: noted ice scoop stored inside ice machine on ice. Instructed to remove and provide an ice scoop holder.

- comments: noted some use of milk crates for elevation in the kitchen area, dishwashing area, and dry storage area. Instructed not to use milk crates for elevation to prevent hiding places for pest. Must provides appropriate shelving for storage. All food items must also be stored 6' away from the wall.

- comments: noted outside garbage dumpster overloaded and preventing proper lid closure. Also noted evidence of pest (rat droppings) on the ground around the dumpster. Instructed always to have dumpster lid closed to prevent food source for pest priority foundation #7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

- comments: -noted black walls by the steam table at the front prep area. -noted dirt and grime on the floors throughout the rear food prep/dry storage, especially underneath the milk crates. -floors inside the walk-in cooler along the wall base. Instructed to clean walls and floors and maintain.

- comments: noted employee belongings on shelves at the prep/dry storage area with food items. Instructed to provide a designated area for employees to store their belongings.
