- comments: missing handwash sink in basement area where 3-compartment sink located. Instd to provide handwash sink in same area with hot/cold running water under city pressure, handwash cleanser, hand drying provision, and handwash sign. Citation issued 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed approximately 100 mouse droppings scattered throughout basement and rear upstairs prep area in all corners and along walls. Instructed person in charge to remove all droppings, sanitize areas and inform pest control service of activity. Priority foundaton 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed some slight grime under three compartment sink. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
