- comments: observed no hand washing signs in all toilet rooms and pre-k 101 must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on floor under dry food storage area,dish storage shelf,next to 2- door reach in cooler in kitchen,under chemical storage shelf,pre-k 101-lower shelf of cubbies. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 10/27/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
