10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed handsink in rear prep area hot water temperature @ 146. 0f during time of inspection without any cold water available. Instructed to provide cold running water. At maximum of 120f through combination faucet. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on site during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 125 small live flies flying throughout prep areas in rear of facility on walls above sinks, on prep/storage table surfaces, flying throughout produce stands and on exterior surfaces of stored cooking equipment. Noted approximately 12 small rodent droppings on the floor near the locked storage room and 10 live ants crawling in the same area. Instructed to contact pest control for additional service. Must eliminate pest activity on the premises. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: noted frozen food inside freezers stored inside grocery store bags. Instructed to store food in food-grade bags only and maintain them.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed rear prep handsink near hot grills leaking from piping. Instructed to reapir and maintain in good condition.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed white powder along the perimeter of the walls throughout the prep area. Instructed to remove and clean.

56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed dairy cooling units in grocery with broken bulbs and instructed to replace and increase lighting inside equipment.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: must provide food handler certificates for all food handlers and maintain on site.
