- comments: observed poor hygienic practices by a food employee - observed a food employee in the basement prep area touch his cell phone, put his phone away, and then handle romaine lettuce without washing hands or putting on clean gloves. Instructed management that all employees must wash their hands after engaging in activities that contaminate their hands. Priority violation 7-38-010. Citation issued. Employee stopped prepping and washed hands.

- comments: observed multiple food prep employees not wearing hair restraints. Instructed management that all employees handling or preparing food must wear a hair restraint. Must provide and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the glass washer dish machine in the 1st floor dish room leaking onto the floor. Must repair leak and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed multiple lights in the 1st-floor dishwashing room burned out. Must replace burned-out light bulbs and provide adequate lighting in said area.
