- comments: observed ice scooper being stored on the top of the ice bin. Instructed on how to properly store ice scoop between uses.

- comments: observed pest activity with approx. 25-35 small flies noted during inspection. Small fly activity was noted near front prep, coffee station, dish, and rear storage. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to minimize or eliminate activity before re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

Previous core violations not corrected: (#56) 6-304. 11: **c** mechanical- ventilation found exhaust hood not operational at 6 burner stove. Must provide exhaust hood or remove stove. Must correct core violations by the date on the report. Priority foundation violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
