- comments: observed various cups of spices without name labels in front prep area. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed at least 1/4th inch gaps at the top and bottom of back screen door leading to alley. Instructed to provide tight fitting door to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed fryer located in front prep area with excessive grease and food debris build up inside cabinet, instructed to deep clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaky pipe underneath 3 compartment sink wash basin. Instructed to repair and maintain in good condition
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed water in rinse basin of 3 compartment sink overflow from floor drain once released pooling onto rear prep/dishwashing area floor. Instructed to repair for proper draining and maintain. Priority violation. 7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed outside grease receptacle overflowing and draining into a bucket as well as on to ground. Instructed to empty grease receptacle, remove cardboard and clean said area to prevent potential food source for outside rodents. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (b). Citation issued.

- comments: observed damaged/ missing floor tiles and wall baseboards in rear prep/dishwashing area and walk in cooler. Instructed to repair or replace.
