- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from 3/14/2022, report #2552858. #54- observed outside garbage dumster overflowing with trash preventing lid closure. Observed excessive garbage on ground around garbage area. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain area at all times. Trash must be stored inside receptacle with lid shut to prevent entry points for pests. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
