- comments: the person in charge during the inspection does not have a valid city of chicago food service sanitation certificate while tcs foods were being prepared and served throughout the various hot food kiosks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 100 rat droppings in the meat and fish area at the following locations. Along the baseboards under prep tables, and on shelving throughout the front prep. Under the meat prep cutting tables in rear area and in the walk-in cooler under bulk raw boxed meat. Last pest service report dated 12-3-25. Instructed to remove all rat dropping from all affected areas, sanitize all areas. Recommend having pest control service for rats before re-inspection date. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
