- comments: hand soap dispensor in male cafeteria staff washroom in need of rehanging to properly use. Instructed to repair.

- comments: observed rodent activity in the following areas: approx. 30 droppings noted in mop room, 35-40 droppings noted in dry storage room, 10-15 droppings noted in prep area behind cooking equipment, and 25-30 droppings in dishroom. Instructed manager to clean with vacuum and sanitize all areas and contact pest control for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) no citation issued

- comments: cleaning needed at interior of storage cabinets and shelves. Instructed to clean and sanitize all areas.

- comments: observed several leaks in prep area. 2 compartment sink with leak at faucet, 3 compartment sink with leak at last compartment. Water is flowing to floor. Observed garbage disposal in poor repair. Could be an insect breeder. Instructed to repair. Instructed manager to correct all leaks to eliminate water source for rodents.

- comments: faucets at cafeteria staff do not stay on for 15 seconds due to faucets being sensor faucets. Instructed to repair or replace with manual faucets.

- comments: observed outside recepticle leaking at bottom of dumpster. Leaking substance is building up and has foul smell. Area around dumpster in need of cleaning to remove all debris of leaves, pallets and other trash items. Instructed to correct and maintain clean and dry. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) no citation issued

- comments: floors and walls through out prep area, storage areas, and serving lines in need of cleaning to remove all debris and build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
